For the latest edition of our Highboy series we combined a blend of Lupomax and Cryo Hops—a cryogenic processing technology that turns whole hop cones into concentrated lupulin, providing maximum aroma impact while reducing the astringency and grassiness characteristic of heavy hopping—resulting in a bolder, brighter Highboy. Expect fresh flavors of resiney pine and stone fruits like peach and nectarine, and subtle herbal notes of thyme, with a lemony finish.
