Highboy: Southern Hemi

For this Highboy we journeyed south—like south of the equator south, like southern hemisphere south—to the land of the Kiwis. Using exclusively New Zealand hops and the same London III yeast from our East Coast Highboy, we crafted a hazy IPA whose exotic hops showcase unique aromas like lime zest, a flavorful mélange of citrus and tropical fruits, and a hint of spice.
