The Last ‘First Saturday’

From 2004-2014, Independence Brewing was only open to the public one day a month – First Saturday. Ostensibly for brewery tours and beer sampling, these parking lot parties were really a reflection of the Austin community at that time.

So, as we prepare to leave the only warehouse park we have ever called home, we invite you to help us close this chapter of Independence Brewing with one, last, ‘First Saturday.’

**Limited barrel aged bottles – Convict Hill Stout aged in Garrison Brothers barrels, and Redbud aged in Desert Door barrels.

**Flea market with poster art, glassware, tools, kitchen gear, small appliances (hey we have to move out, so get yourself a deal on remaining items).

**Music by our longtime neighborhood DJ Berlin.
