In partnership with our friends at Garrison Brothers Distillery, Texas's first bourbon distillery, we took a batch of our robust and heady oatmeal stout and aged it for over six months on the same 20 barrels that yielded Garrison’s 2019 Balmorhea expression which won Jim Murray’s Whisky Bible’s 2019 US Micro Whiskey of the Year. The resulting brew is smooth and boozy, with sweet notes of vanilla and oaky tannins.
