For this voluptuous stunner we teamed up with renowned Portland-based tea makers, Smith Tea, to create an Arnold Palmer inspired sour ale. Starting with a tart and citrusy base beer, we steeped each batch with 3,000 bags of Smith’s Lord Bergamot black tea—a Ceylon and Assam blend with Italian bergamot orange essence—and added pounds of peach purée.
