Starting with a tart and citrusy base beer, we steeped each batch with 3,000 bags of Smith’s Lord Bergamot black tea—a Ceylon and Assam blend with Italian bergamot orange essence—and added pounds of peach purée. The result is pert and bubbly, with firm notes of lemony ice tea and juicy peaches for toned roundedness. Prepare to emote pure joy.
