Up And Down Brazil
Together with our neighbors at Little City Coffee, we traveled up and down the world’s largest coffee producing region — Minas Gerais, Brazil — in search of the right beans for our first coffee ale. After countless cuppings of mind-blowing coffee, we settled on beans from a micro lot on the farm of Cup of Excellence award-winning grower Augusto Borges Ferreira. The result is a coffee blonde ale whose caffeine provides the upper and alcohol provides the downer for a soft landing from such great heights.
